Return requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the item.
Returns must be approved by ChanChanMall prior to shipment.
Returned items must be in their original condition and include all original parts and packaging.
If the reason for return is not a damaged product or the buyer's simple change of mind, the return cost is the buyer's responsibility.
If the reason for the return is the result of our error or damage to the product, the order amount will be refunded.
